How to List a Co-op on SoapSaver

A Simple, step-by-step Tutorial

First, log into SoapSaver. Remember, only SoapSaver members are allowed to post co-ops. Check out the top of the Registration page to see the criteria for SoapSaver accounts.

Select the "Co-ops" category, and choose the appropriate subcategory. When you have made your selection, scroll down and click "Next Step."

Leave the pull-down box at the top of the page set to "Full Listing." Choose a name for your Co-op and type it into the "Item Name" box. Usually hosts and hostesses choose a title that is reflective of the item(s) for sale.

Next, you'll fill in the description for your co-op auction. Here you should provide a detailed description of the item(s) you are selling in your co-ops. This is also where you should include additional photos of your item(s), if you'd like. You will be allowed to upload one (1) photo directly from your computer to be displayed in your auction. If you would like your listing to display more than one photo, you must include the additional photos in your description here. For information on how to include additional photos in your auction listing, refer to our FAQ file. When you are satisfied with your description, click "Next Step." You will be able to edit your description later if you need to.
